Quality Compliance
Standard: LKM max. 3 · Weight: 15% · calculated per month
Strategy — what this KPI measures
Measures purchasing quality: the number of quality complaints (LKM) on purchased goods/materials must stay within the allowed maximum per month.
Data sources & how they are merged
- Source: not present in the PO or PR TO GR exports. Values come from the kpi_manual_entries table, ready for a future LKM export or manual entry.
The full merged dataset is browsable on the Data page, including the merge explanation.
Monthly calculation — step by step
- Sum the LKM entries recorded for the month.
- Score is all-or-nothing against the standard.
Formula
REAL = number of LKM (quality complaints) in the month % = 100% if REAL ≤ 3 (standard "LKM max. 3"), otherwise 0% — all-or-nothing CAPAI = % × 15% (weight) → max 15 points
Month attribution
Entries are recorded against a specific month.
Edge cases & caveats
- No LKM export exists yet, so each active month is seeded with a best-case default of 0 complaints (full score). Replace these entries once real quality data is available.
- Months with no procurement activity stay blank ('–') and contribute nothing.
