Realisasi PO to BPB (Import)

Standard: 95% · Weight: 20% · calculated per month · tolerance 14 days

Strategy — what this KPI measures

Measures delivery reliability for import purchases: did goods physically arrive (BPB/GRPO) within the agreed ETA ('PO Due Date') plus a 14-day tolerance?

Data sources & how they are merged

  • Sources: LEAD TIME (goods-receipt lines: GRPO date + GRPO qty + PO qty + PO Due Date/ETA) joined to PO.csv on PO No for the Import flag.
  • GR lines are grouped per (PO No, Item Code). A PO-item is 'received' only when the running sum of GRPO quantities reaches the ordered PO quantity.

The full merged dataset is browsable on the Data page, including the merge explanation.

Monthly calculation — step by step

  1. Take each Import PO-item in the month (by PO date) with an ETA.
  2. Sort its receipts by date and accumulate the received quantity.
  3. Completion date = the receipt that brings cumulative qty up to the ordered qty.
  4. On time when that completion date ≤ ETA + 14 days.
  5. Partial / not received: late once today is past the deadline ('overdue — not received'); otherwise 'Outstanding' (not yet due) and excluded.
  6. REAL = on-time PO-items ÷ counted PO-items × 100.

Formula

REAL = on-time PO-items ÷ (on-time + late + overdue) × 100
%    = REAL ÷ 95% (standard "95%") × 100, clamped to 0–100%
CAPAI = % × 20% (weight) → max 20 points
Monthly total score = Σ CAPAI of all 7 KPIs (max 100 points)

Month attribution

A PO-item belongs to the month of its PO date (not the receipt month) — the month the commitment was made.

Edge cases & caveats

  • A partial receipt by the deadline does NOT count as on time — the full ordered quantity must arrive.
  • PO-items whose PO is not found in PO.csv (no Lokal/Impor) are skipped; ~1% of recent POs.
  • Service / zero-quantity PO-items (nothing to receive) are excluded.
  • 'Outstanding' (not yet due) items are excluded; re-calculating later can turn them into late ones.
